Cecelia ("CiCi") Holloway is a 25-year veteran of the Human Resources industry and the Viacom family of companies. . During her tenure within the organization, Ms. Holloway has amassed expertise in an array of entertainment businesses, including motion pictures, television production and distribution, interactive media, basic and premium cable, radio and television stations, and cable systems operation.
Ms. Holloway was appointed to her newly created position, Senior Vice President, Diversity, Training and Development for Viacom Entertainment Group in October 1999. In this new role, Ms. Holloway is responsible for the development and implementation of Viacom’s corporate-wide global diversity initiatives, as well as the executive leadership training initiatives. The Viacom Entertainment Group currently comprises Paramount Pictures, Paramount Television Group, Viacom Productions, Spelling Television, Big Ticket Television, Wilshire Court, United Cinemas International, Famous Music, and Famous Players.
Prior to joining Paramount, Ms. Holloway was Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Spelling Entertainment Group, Inc. Spelling Entertainment included Spelling Television, Big Ticket Television, Worldvision Enterprises and Hamilton Projects. In June 1999, Viacom purchased the remaining shares of Spelling and merged it into the Paramount organization and Ms. Holloway was an integral member of the senior management team orchestrating Spelling’s restructuring.
Ms. Holloway has distinguished herself through hard work and results. She has a record of developing business strategies and company objectives by implementing comprehensive programs designed to increase productivity and bottom-line profit. A seasoned veteran in the field of human resources, Ms. Holloway has extensive experience in mergers and corporate consolidations. She has handled over 14 company acquisitions/divestitures and specializes in corporate reorganization and redesign.
A Syracuse University alumna, Ms. Holloway has been recognized for her professional and community contributions. Most recently, she was elected President, Women In Film/L.A. .She currently serves on the Regional Board of the Anti-Defamation League and served as their Chair of the 2005 Deborah Awards in Los Angeles. In 2004, she was asked to join the NAACP Image Awards Nominating Committee, and will serve again this year.
This spring Ms. Holloway assumes the Director Management position for Diversity and Inclusion, the Americas for a multinational investment bank.
